I try to record songs that have excellent sonic qualities, good changes, strong harmony, have a hook even if it's musical. I like to rock the heavy guitar riffs and scorching string bends. Other times I want to sound like Keith Urban and let out the emotions. If a major lable came to me and said you have to be one style, I'd say your the boss. As long as I'm doing this my way, I will always produce new sounds, cross genres, follow and develope the music as it leads me.
